🕒 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Each product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch.
📦 Delivery Time
We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as Leopard, TCS, or Call Courier.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Within Punjab: 2–4 working days
Sindh, KPK, Balochistan: 3–5 working days
Remote areas: 5–7 working days
💡 Note: During sale or seasonal rush, delivery might take slightly longer.
💵 Shipping Charges
We offer Free Home Delivery on all orders across Pakistan. 🎁
In case of an exchange, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
🧾 Order Confirmation
After you place your order:
- You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team.
- Once confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
If we are unable to reach you after two attempts, your order may be cancelled automatically.
🚫 Undelivered / Rejected Orders
Please note that customers who repeatedly reject confirmed orders may be restricted from future purchases to prevent misuse of the free shipping facility.
