🔁 Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or product (subject to availability).
Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

🚫 No Return / Refund Policy
Please note that TraditionaLibas does not offer cash refunds.
In case of a valid issue, we provide exchange or store credit only.
🚚 Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Share clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit for you.
📦 Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for sending the parcel back to us.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.
